Spice Incense typically produce relaxing effects on the body. If a product is potent enough, it may also produce visual distortions, heightened sense of sound and color, and euphoria.
Trip Report #1
After the first 5 minutes, I felt a very warm sensation in my limbs and had a little weightlessness feeling, but nothing very mental happening yet. After another 5 minutes I felt a very familiar sensation of ‘getting high’ exactly as if I had just hit some decent bud. Shortly after this feeling my eyes became very sensitive to light, which doesn’t normally happen with bud. I was definitely high, and getting my normal head-rush feeling. About 20 minutes in my eyes were no longer sensitive to light, but I was getting cotton-mouth, exactly like I would if I had some big bong hits.
I was getting all giggly, and definitely enjoying the buzz. The buzz felt exactly like that of cannabis, but I had only smoked a very small amount. About 1 hour in, I realized that I was still just as high as when it first hit me. I listened to some music, watched a little TV and before I knew it, another hour had passed and I was still just as high. After hour 3, I could feel myself starting to come down and I became very hungry. I made up a pizza and then went outside for a walk around. Upon entering the fresh air outside I couldn’t believe how high I still was. Finally around 5PM I felt pretty normal. What a long lasting high from only 3 little hits!
Spice does not cause a positive drug test for cannabis or other illegal drugs using GC-MS-screening with library search, multi-target screening by LC-MS/MS, or immunological screening procedures. #2 Morning Glory
The seeds of several varieties of Morning Glory (Ipomoea violacea) contain a naturally occurring indole called Lysergic Acid Amide (LSA), which is closely related to LSD. Seeds are taken orally, and can be eaten whole or the active alkaloids can be extracted.
The most common active varieties of seeds are Heavenly Blue, Pearly Gates, and Flying Saucers. Like LSD, LSA acts as a “psychedelic” or “hallucinogen” which can have strong mental effects.
Morning Glory is not a controlled plant in the United States. Live plants and seeds of any variety are legal to buy sell or possess. Both plants and seeds are regularly sold by botanical supply companies. However, it is important to know that one of the chemicals contained in the seeds, LSA, is Schedule III in the U.S. Practically, this means that if an extraction is done on particular types of morning glory seeds, the resulting LSA is illegal to possess. We are unaware of any cases in which an individual has been prosecuted after doing a home extraction of the seeds, although it seems within the realm of possibility. Large scale (especially commercial) extraction of LSA from Morning Glory seeds begins to fall into the realm of “clearly illegal” and would certainly be difficult to defend.
#3 Salvia Divinorum
Salvia divinorum (also known as Diviner’s Sage, Ska María Pastora, Seer’s Sage, and by its genus name Salvia) is a psychoactive plant which can induce dissociative effects and is a potent producer of “visions” and other hallucinatory experiences. Salvia is often grouped with other hallucinogenic psychoactives, but in fact its effects are unique. Salvia is sometimes marketed as a legal cannabis substitute, although the effects are in no way similar. During the trip several states can occur: 2-dimensional hallucinations, out of body experiences, becoming an object, traveling back in time, being in more places at once and uncontrolled laughing.
Salvia divinorum is uncontrolled in the United States by federal law, but is controlled in some states. This means all parts of the plant and its extracts are legal to cultivate, buy, possess, and distribute (sell, trade or give) without a license or prescription. If sold as a supplement, sales must conform to U.S. supplement laws. If sold for consumption as a food or drug, sales are regulated by the FDA.
#4 Kratom
Kratom is often described as producing simultaneous, contradictory effects. Users report both an opiate-like sedation and coca-like stimulation. The stimulating effects tend to predominate at low dose levels, which may cause alertness, energy, and mild euphoria. Higher doses tend to be more tranquilizing, causing an opiate-like dreamy reverie. Kratom is sometimes used as an opium substitute and has been found to suppress symptoms of opiate withdrawal.
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is uncontrolled in the United States. To buy kratom click here
#5 Kava
A moderately potent kava drink causes effects within 20–30 minutes that last for about two and a half hours, but can be felt for up to eight hours. The sensations, in order of appearance, are slight tongue and lip numbing (the lips and skin surrounding may appear unusually pale), mildly talkative and sociable behavior, clear thinking, calmness, relaxed muscles, and a sense of well-being. As with other drugs that affect the GABA receptors, there can also be paradoxical dysphoria.
Kava kava is unscheduled in the US (and most countries). It is legal to sell, possess, or injest. Whether you’re looking for the whole root, power or paste you can get it here.
